FAQ

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How long has this Web site existed?

In the spring of 2000, the St. Paul City Conference Web site was created. It was the brainchild of Gerry Keenan, Harding H.S. athletic director. With webmaster Thomas Song at the controls, the site was born

How do you get the scores that are posted?

It is the home team's responsibility to call John Vosejpka, the Web site administrator, the same day or the day after the game/match. All scores that are not called in are tracked down via the coach or athletic director of the home team.

When I call up a page, I get "the page cannot be found." What gives?

There is nothing wrong with your computer. Either the page you requested has not been created yet, or, more likely, doesn't exist because the school has not provided the necessary information to complete the page.

When were team photos and rosters added?

In the fall of 2001, team's roster and photos were added to the senior high portion of the site.

My team's photo is not on the site. Why not?

It is the responsibility of each school (coach and athletic director) to have the team photo taken and sent. If the photo does not appear, then the picture was not taken. Contact your coach or school athletic director to inquire why.

I want to access a junior varsity schedule or the schedule of games for next year. How do I find them?

Go to that sports varsity schedule. If you desire to find the non-varsity schedules, click above the year on "JV", "B", "C" or "Ninth" to find those schedules. If you are interested in future (or past) schedules, there are arrows to either side of the year on the schedule page. Click in either direction to go forward or back a year.

I've heard I can get scores from the past. How do I do this?

Go to "Athletics" and then go to the sport you are interested in. Go to "Past Champions" and click on the year and you'll get the scores from the games that year. You can also gain access through the "Archives" section

In the archives I noticed a score missing. Why is that?

The scores from the past are constantly being researched and updated. If you have any scores that could be added to the site, or an erroneous score appears, please contact John Vosejpka at john.vosejpka@SPPS.org.
